In the spring of each year, lectures and presentations are sponsored by the Society. Even-numbered years find the annual gathering normally in Texas, while in odd-numbered years the gatherings are normally held in one of the other three states of the Synod of the Sun of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and of the Cumberland Presbytery of Arkansas and Mission Synod.
